We built Noxxie to be everything that isn't: a named manager who knows every resident, technology that makes the community feel effortless, and a hard cap on how much work we will ever take on.

If we can't serve a community at concierge level, we don't take it. That isn't a limitation. It's the product.

Your community is inspected weekly, documented in photographs. Most firms manage from a desk. We manage from the street.

One flat fee

No per-copy, per-letter, per-meeting charges. The page of surcharges most contracts hide — ours doesn't have one.

Thirty days

If we're not the best management your community has ever had, release us with a month's notice. No lock-in, ever.

Your community runs on a modern resident app: announcements on your phone the evening the board meets, requests photographed and tracked to completion, documents in your pocket, voting from your couch — legally, with every statutory consent handled. The technology does the operations so the people can do the service.

And when you'd rather talk to a person, you call. A person answers.

Every company is named after something. Ours is named after the one who taught us the job.

Noxxie is our Cane Corso. Her breed was raised by the Romans to keep watch over the estates of Italy — present, calm, devoted, never off duty. Two thousand years later, she holds our house to the same standard, and now she holds our company to it.

The love of her — and of all dogs — is why we do this work, and why the mark on our door is shaped like a tag. This page is forever hers.
